About Us

We have been selling antiques and collectible items in Ellicott City for over ten years.  We opened our own shop, Out of Our Past Antiques, in April of 2004 at 8111 Main Street, and also operated a shop in the popular Oella Mill until it was closed to shops early in 2005.  Our furniture is a mix of late 19th century and early 20th century, with happily a piece or two from the early 1800's.  We are always on the lookout for interesting primitive pieces which are much sought after.  Our furniture tends to be of the type that would function as an accent piece in a room and also serve a practical purpose.

In addition, we maintain a large selection of "smalls", items that can  make great accent pieces, fill a hole in collection, or be given as unique gifts.
